Aaaand I'm back again. Time for our Friday Triad. It was my turn to choose and I was going to pick one of the mani's I had tagged for ages and then this happened. And I knew we had to do it. So this mani is inspired by @urbannailart
I started with three coats of Dollish Polish should I stay or should I go. I then added a coat of Starrily eclipse over it.
In the meanwhile I also made some stamping decals. I used BP-L024 and Nicole diary black stamping polish. I then coloured in the leaves with Moyra holo polish 253 and Sinful Colors savage.
For the flower I used Tip Top heartbreaker and the gold is TT gold mine. Once it was dry I transferred it directly to my nail.
So what do you think? I used should I stay or should I go because it had a shift and I was hoping it would show, but alas. Hence the odd hand poses.
Flash shot to show off the holo and smile at the prettiness.
Don't forget to pop over to Michelle and Joyce and give them some attention.

#52weeknailchallenge: Easter
I kinda forgot to post the review last week, so I'll try and post it this week, not that there's much left of this week. Tomorrow we have our Triad post.... So maybe I'll post it this week still, maybe next. I don't know.
Anyway, since it's Easter weekend naturally the prompt for this week is Easter. I started with two coats of Colors by Llarowe subtle little number on all my nails.

It has glitters in a couple of shades of pink and purple and there's even the odd yellow one. I top coated for vinyls and I used ziggy zaggy ones from becauseishop, I'm not sure what size they were, but the link will take you to them. I then painted a coat of Hean I love Hean 878 over the vinyls removing them immediately.
I then stamped the Happy Easter from BP-060 with Nicole Diary white. The bunny and carrot with the flowers are decals I got some time ago.
I top coated once all that was done and that's it. What do you think? I'm loving my vinyls at the moment. And isn't subtle little number just gorgeous?
As I mentioned tomorrow is our Triad post. And the inspiration is a stunner so don't forget to pop back and see what we did.

#52weeknailchallenge: vinyls
We on week 12 already! How time flies when you having fun... I was kinda stuck on which vinyls to use for this prompt and then I realised I had already done a mani using vinyls and I could just use that one...
I started with two coats of Hean City Fashion 172 on my thumb, index and pinky. On my middle and ring finger I have two coats of Essence outta space is the place.

I then placed spiral-swirl vinyls from becauseishop and used the sponge wand I posted the review on last week. I used CF 172 for the gradient and I centred it on the middle of the vinyl.
So I love this... I wouldn't have been able to get a proper radial gradient without the sponge wand.
I had to add a flash shot to show of the beautiful green shimmer of outta space is the place.
What do you think? So I'll have another review for you guys tomorrow... If things goes according to plan!
Thanks for stopping by...

BeautyBigBang review: gradient shading nail brush aka thingymabob
I have another review for you guys today.... As I mentioned previously I was contacted by BeautyBigBang to review some of their products. I decided to choose the gradient sponge tool, that I've seen being used by nail artists on Insta.
I'm using gel polish with it as normal polish will dry on the heads and I'm not sure how reusable they are after being cleaned. And normal polishes obviously dries and gel needs to be cured for it to dry.
I started with two coats of Gel-IT (local gel polish brand) coat azure on my pinky, two coats of malibu on my index, middle and ring finger and on my thumb I have three coats of tigerlilly.
I used star vinyls and the sponge tool. So I like the tool, but my vinyls sucked. I don't know if it's because of the gel or what, but it kept moving around. I used coat azure, tigerlilly and on fleek to sponge over the vinyls. I used both the outside and inside of the vinyls for a different look.

The tool has a sponge on each end, the one rounded and the other with a slight tip. The wand part has clear crystals, but they also have ones with coloured ones. The one I chose had 4 replacement heads, two of each shape, the replacement heads only come with the clear crystal wand though. I used the rounded head one for this design, as I believe the one with the tip is meant for the shading of nail tips...
What do you think? I kinda liked how this turned out even if it's not perfect and I'm glad I took this tool... I'm going to try and use it with normal polish and see what happens, but I think it's meant for gel polishes. I'm also hoping it'll up my radial gradient game!
If you interested in this, you can get it from BeautyBigBang and you can use my code: SARCA10 for 10% off normal priced items.

#52weeknailchallenge: ocean
I had fun with last year's ocean prompt.... it was my beach nails that you can find here and I called it ocean adjacent... So this year I wanted to do something more ocean-ey...
Anyway, I did a search on Insta for ocean and and a few mani's done by @liliumzz popped up... She's such a palette cleanser. I love her simple and easy mani's. I decided to combine some of them and this is what I came up with.
I started with Tip Top beach babe on all my nails. I then stamped the shell-like image on my index, middle and ring finger from BP-L003 with a navy stamping polish from BPS. On my ring finger I also stamped the bubbles from HeHe 66 with Nicole Diary white stamping polish.
While that was going I placed some unda-da-sea vinyls from becauseishop on my mat and filled it in with OPI ski teal we drop. Once that was semi dry I painted a coat of clear polish over it and waited for it to dry. Once dry, I peeled it up and stuck them to my nails, making sure I got the sea horse on my ring finger where I stamped the bubbles.
On my thumb and pinky I placed wavy vinyls vertically on my nails and painted a coat of ski teal we drop on the one side. Removing the vinyl immediately.
So I kinda like how this turned out even after BF called the sea horse a chameleon, the swirl shell a sea worm of some sort, the wave on my pinky a sea slug and I can't even remember what atrocity the other shell was. That aside, what do you think?
Also if things go according to plan again I might have another review for you coming this week.

BeautyBigBang review: stamping plate 16
Last year I was contacted by BeautyBigBang to do some reviews for them and I thought it would be exciting to give it a go.
One of the items I got was this stamping plate.
One of the items I got was this stamping plate.
And I'm already a big fan. I've used it a couple of times and it wasn't just for this review. If you look at my previous post you can see what I did there. So let me show you what I did for this.
I started with two coats of OPI my paprika is hotter than yours on my thumb and pinky. On the rest I have two coats of Hean City Fashion 169. I then stamped the bottom left image with a navy BPS stamping polish. The flowers I stamped with Nicole Diary NS05 and coloured it in with Hean I love Hean 905.
So the plate is very well etched and I had no problem picking up the images. And I love the images themselves. I would actually not mind having more of them and giving their stamping polishes a go.
What do you think? There's a link to the stamping plate as well as the website... Or you could just click on the image on the sidebar. Also you could use my code SARCA10 for 10% off normal priced items in the store. Next week I'll have another review for you, if all goes according to plan!!

#52weeknailchallenge: plaid
I surprisingly enjoyed this prompt... I had something completely different in mind and it sucked, so for once I redid a mani! Shocking right?
I started with two coats of Tip Top toasted nuts on all my nails. I then stamped an image from BP-L006 with Nicole Diary black and white stamping polishes. I then stamped a single red line with Mundo de Unas reddish and Lina feeling shapely 1.

For the flower I stamped with Nicole Diary black polish using plate BeautyBigBang 16. I then coloured it in with Essence shade of happiness.
So this turned out great! Or at least I think it did. What do you think? Also let me know what you think of the pictures. I got a new phone and I'm not quite used to it yet. How does the colours look?
Also I have a review coming up with the stamping plate I used for the flower.

#52weeknailchallenge: neon
This looked so much better in my mind.... I was hoping for the neon to pop on the nude and it didn't.
I started with two coats of Tip Top bare with me. I then added some neon decals I got from BPS.
Nothing difficult about it at all, but I always end up with fibres on my nails when using white or nude. And when doing a gradient.
I need a rolley emoji for this mani, because I rolled my eyes at it a lot.
