I've been meaning to post this since Christmas Eve, but I just never got around to it. This is a mani I did before Christmas as I didn't have anything on my nails on the day.
For this I started with two coats of Tip Top Raspberry Cream on my thumb, middle finger and pinky. On my index and ring finger I have two coats of Tip Top Liquid Envy.
The snowflakes on my thumb and pinky is from BP-L018, stamped with Nubar Silver Mist. Image on my middle finger is also from BP-L018, stamped with Essence stampy polish in white.
The christmas trees is from BP-L015, stamped with a gold stamping polish from BPS.
I actually have two more christmas mani's that I never shared. The one I might not share at all, because it didn't turn out quite the way I wanted. Guess I'll keep the other one for next year. Did you guys have a good Christmas? Mine was very quiet. Just me and BF.
Thanks for stopping by!

Green Christmas
I've been meaning to post this since Monday, but I've been been a bit busy. Cleaning up and so forth. I've also had to shorten my nails as the normal culprit started tearing again and that was with a patch. At least I have some length, but you'll only see them next year.
Anyway, I wanted to do a green mani, but I couldn't think of an appropriate green that felt christmassy. And then I remembered Michelle gifted me some awesome greens for my bday. And Nubar Conserve was perfect for what I had in mind.
I used Tip Top Miraculous Results for my base as it has a milky effect and not just a clear base. On my thumb and pinky I have two coats of Conserve. I could have gotten away with just one, but bald patches. On my index and ring finger I used these half circle vinyl things from TwinkledT and placed the round side against my cuticle and the straight side was exactly halfway through my nail. Perfect size :) For I middle finger I just used striping tape for the negative space. Then I used some loose glitter from BPS for the lines. I loved how this turned out. So elegant, LoL. What to you think?

Shade of Red
Soooo, it's Monday again. I hope it's a good one. More like wishful thinking if you ask me. Is it just me or is there no christmas spirit going around? There's always this mad rush to nowhere and we got some bad news this year too.
Anyway, we had our staff function last week and the theme or dress code was smart with a shade of red. So I decided my nails will be my shade of red. I started with 2 coats of Essence A Hint of Love on all my fingers, except my ring finger. That got one coat of SC Snow me White.
I did a glitter gradient starting from my cuticle. Would that be a reverse gradient? The glitter I used is from Ulta3, Disco Fever. This red is gorgeous though. There was tinsel on the tables and my nails were more shimmery than the tinsel! What do you think of my shade of red mani? Think it would also pass as a christmas mani?

Savage Waterspotting
Thank goodness it's almost weekend. It's been a rough week so far.
Today I have a polish that completely surprised me. Firstly, it's only one coat and secondly it dried matte.
This is SC Savage. I looooove this colour and that it dries matte makes it even better. I have so many ideas to use this one with. Just waiting for some vinyls to come my way. I was really wanting to try waterspotting again. I used Hean Black and Tip Top Gold Mine for the spotting. This is such a fun technique, as long as you have some liquid latex or something to make clean up a breeze. I use Simply Peel from Bliss Kiss and I'm totally ordering me another one for Christmas. What do you guys think of my colour combination? I don't love it, but I don't hate it either. BF said it looked like camo... Not quite the look I was going for, but okay then.

Hean nail polish: City Fashion #193
What is it about Mondays that just makes you want to crawl back into bed? At least mine can't be too bad since I was working this weekend and I'm still in the swing of things. But I still don't feel like going in. Did you guys have a good weekend though?
I have another Hean to show you today. This one is really pretty.
This is two coats of City Fashion #193. Now, I am not a fan of browns... But this one is beautiful and has a gorgeous gold shimmer to it. Chocolate!!
I knew I wanted to stamp in gold on this colour and while going through my stamping plates, I found one that had a wood grain design on it and I knew it would go perfectly.
The stamping plate is hehe 71 from their Studio Ghibli collection. I was so excited about this collection when I saw it here on Emily's blog. And since BF likes his anime I didn't have to twist his arm too hard.
The flowers are from TwinkledT, I got it back when I ordered my first set of vinyls. I have such bad luck when it comes to these kind of stickers. The moment I top coat it, the sticker curls up! So frustrating! I did really like this mani though. I loved how the wood grain looked with this colour. You can find it at Glamore Cosmetics and don't forget it's almost Christmas. And if you know a nail polish addict, it's the perfect place to find amazing colours!
